Sherrone D. Hornbuckle, Esq. has deep roots in the community, and has long been dedicated to serving it. Among her many commitments, she is very active with community organizations in Cabell County.
Sherrone D. Hornbuckle, Esq. has always been a mover and a shaker; from a young age, she would always be at the forefront of any decisions that needed to be made. As her career has progressed, she is a leading voice in the community and beyond, always working for the wellbeing of the public with a special place in her heart for our young people. KARA HORNBUCKLE

Campaign Manager

Kara Hornbuckle is a 32 year old Huntington native graduating from Huntington High School in
2009. Kara graduated from Marshall University in 2013 with a Bachelor of Science in Exercise Physiology.
Kara is a survivor after fighting health complications in 2017 resulting in a kidney transplant in 2019. Kara is currently exploring entrepreneurship while being an active member of her community.
Kara serves as the president of the Board of Directors at Branches Domestic Violence Shelter. She is a Board Member from the Fairfield CDC, as well as serving as a member of the Mayor’s Advisory Committee for Diversity and LGBTQ+. Kara is an active member of Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority Inc. where she has been a member since 2011.
While serving this community and focusing on starting a business, Kara also enjoys spending her time with family, cooking, and attending a wide range of sporting events.

KIM MCGANN ESQ.

Campaign Treasurer

Ms. McGann was raised in Raleigh County, West Virginia and has been a resident of Cabell County, West Virginia for eleven years. She formerly worked as a social worker and obtained a Master’s Degree in Social Work from West Virginia University before obtaining her Law Degree from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill in 2012.
Ms. McGann presently runs a private law practice in Huntington and focuses her practice on divorce and custody work as well as adoptions and other areas of domestic law. She began her legal career at Legal Aid of West Virginia (LAWV) where she first became acquainted with Ms. Hornbuckle.
Ms. McGann worked at LAWV for approximately four years before her opening the Law Office of Kimberly E. McGann, PLLC in 2017.
Ms. McGann resides in Milton, West Virginia with her three children. When she can get away from the office and children’s sporting events, she enjoys gardening and is an active member of the Beverly Hills Garden Club.

MEGAN CORBIN

Deputy Campaign Manager

Megan started her childhood in Cabell County but moved to Ohio during her adolescent years. She graduated from Chesapeake High School in 2006, even though her zip code reflected differently her community has always been Cabell County. She has deep roots in the community as both her mother, who retired after 30 years as a Cabell County Schools secretary and her father, who retired after 36 years of service for The United States Postal Service, Megan was constantly involved in the Cabell County community.
Megan earned a Certification in Advanced Video Production and a Certification in Entertainment Marketing at Collins Career Center in 2006. She also earned her Certification as a Pharmacy Technician at Collins Career Center in 2011. Megan is now a second-year student at Liberty University earning her bachelor’s degree as a Paralegal with a specialization in e-discovery, concentrating on her studies for Family Law and Veteran Affairs.
Her love and dedication to the community and the families of Cabell County started in 2017, when she started as an Elementary School Secretary for Cabell County Schools and has now worked her way into the legal department at The Cabell County Board of Education. Megan has worked hand in hand with Attorneys, CPS workers, Judges, and Law Enforcement to help protect our community and their families.
If you do not see Megan in the schools, it is confident to say; she is spending time with her three boys, her stepdaughter, her two dogs and ten chickens, and her loving Husband.

ERIC ANDERSON ESQ.

PR MANAGER

Eric Anderson was born and raised in Huntington, West Virginia. Eric graduated from Marshall University in 2003 with a Bachelor's Degree in Political Science. Eric also competed on the Marshall Men's Cross-Country and Men's Track and Field teams. He then earned his Master's Degree in Public Administration from the West Virginia University and Marshall joint graduate school program in 2006. At the end of his academic journey, Eric then graduated from Thomas M. Cooley Law School in 2011. 
Upon completion of law school, Eric established Eric B. Anderson, PLLC law firm. After eight years of managing his own law firm Eric co-founded Glazer, Saad, Anderson LC in 2021, where he focuses on employee rights, personal injury, criminal defense and other areas of law.
